Dr. Kathleen O’Connell earned her undergraduate degree at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and her medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr. O’Connell is Board Certified in podiatric surgery. Dr. O’Connell is in practice with Allegheny Podiatry. Dr. O’Connell has been in practice in the Pittsburgh area since 2003.

Dr. O’Connell performs foot and ankle surgery at the Waterfront Surgery Center.
