Dr. Frank Costa earned his undergraduate degree and medical degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

He completed his residency in general and urologic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Dr. Costa is Board Certified in urology. He is currently a member of the American Urologic Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Pittsburgh Urology Society, American Society for Men’s Health, Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Sexual Medicine Society.

Dr. Costa performs prostate surgery, cystoscopies, lithotripsy and nonscalpel vasectomies at the Waterfront Surgery Center.
